Returns / Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Forage Drinks LTD.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms and conditions are applicable for any products that you purchased.

Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers toForage Drinks LTD;

- "Goods" refer to the items offered for sale on the Website;

- "Website" refers to Our website atwww.foragedrinks.co.uk

- "You" means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.

In this Return and Refund Policy, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

The headings in this Return and Refund Policy are for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation hereof.

Conditions for Returns

We will offer free returns within 3 days of purchase, where the Goods:

The following Goods cannot be returned:

- discounted items

- Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over

- Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

- Goods which are, after delivery, mixed with other items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email that we have received your returned items. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the original purchase amount will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing funds (if applicable)

If you don’t receive your refund, please re-check your bank account and if the funds still haven’t arrived, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially made into your bank account. Any issues with this, please email tilda@foragedrinks.co.uk.

Exchanges

We will only exchange products that are damaged or if a different product has been delivered to what was ordered. If this is the case, please email tilda@foragedrinks.co.uk and we’ll organise an exchange.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail to:

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your shipping will be deducted from your
refund.

If you are shipping items over £30, we would strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
